The Marketplace Subscription is billed monthly via in-app purchase. Payment processing fees apply to all Razorpay transactions and are deducted from the landlord payout.
30-Day Marketplace Trial
New landlords automatically receive a 30-day marketplace trial. Subscribe via in-app purchase on iOS or Android to continue after the trial ends.
Transaction Fees
A ~2.56% total deduction applies to each payment: Razorpay gateway fee (2%) + GST on gateway fee + 0.2% Rentrovio platform fee. Tenants pay exactly their stated amount — no extra charges.
6-Hour Payouts
Successful rent payments are scheduled for landlord payout within 6 hours through Razorpay.
Late Fee Rules
Default late fee is 2% and applies after a 7-day overdue threshold for supported payment types.
