By accessing or using Rentrovio's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Description of Service

Rentrovio provides a comprehensive property management platform that enables:

• Property portfolio management for landlords
• Tenant portals for rent payments and maintenance requests
• Caretaker tools for property maintenance coordination
• Payment processing and financial tracking
• Communication tools between all parties
• Analytics and reporting features

3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Keeping your account information current and accurate

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our services.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription Fees

Our services are provided on a subscription basis with the following terms:

• Subscription fees are charged as per the current pricing schedule displayed on our website or at checkout
• Promotional offers are subject to specific terms at the time of signup
• Free access for specific user roles (e.g., tenants, caretakers) as applicable
• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Mobile App Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.

Your use of the Rentrovio iOS app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Payment Processing

We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. You agree to their terms and authorize us to charge your payment method.

6. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your data. We provide tools to export your data and will assist with data portability upon request.

7. Intellectual Property

Our Rights

Rentrovio and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in our services, including:

Your Rights

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for your intended purposes.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may experience downtime for:

• Scheduled maintenance and updates
• Emergency repairs and security patches
• Third-party service dependencies
• Force majeure events

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our services at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account closure feature in our platform.

Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings primarily on the App Store after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Violate these terms or our policies
• Fail to pay required fees
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Pose a security risk to our services

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to our services will cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights

12. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.

13. General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rentrovio.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
